Hong-Kong getting an Ice Silver color PS vita.The Ice silver vita is a basic wi-Fi model without memory card. The new edition will available from February 28 onwards. The price seems too high for a Wi-Fi vita. It’s selling for $294 (HKD$ 2,280). The Ice silver is nothing but AC:Liberation vita without Ubisoft game if you’re thinking “ I've seen this color before”.
